Brgy. Quirino made it again!

Katrina “Katkat” Ronquillo Padua won the title of Mutya ng Maria Aurora 2008.   Making it through a hectic schedule in her school activities, Katkat came late in the committee’s in-house pre-pageant preparations, but she still managed to bring home the crown.

In the pageant that was held last night, July 19, Katkat bested in the candidates’ production number.  She also amazed the judges in her flute-playing making her the Best in Talent.  Katkat was also chosen Miss Cebuana Lhuiller taking with her a set of golden earrings and necklace from the sponsor. 

As the Mutya ng Maria Aurora titlist, Katkat will be the municipality’s contender in the Binibining Aurora to be held in February next year.

Congratulations, Katkat!  The Quinoy community is very proud of you.

Katrina “Katkat” Ronquillo Padua will be our barangay’s representative in the Miss Maria Aurora 2008 pageant to be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the Maria Aurora municipal plaza.

 

Katkat is the daughter of Juan Padua and Imelda Ronquillo-Padua.  Born in Maria Aurora, she finished her elementary education at Little Mary Heart’s Montessori Center in Cabanatuan City.  Katkat started secondary at Cabanatuan City Science High School and finished up to second year level and continued her third year until she graduated at the University of the East Secondary Laboratory School.  She is currently on her second year in college taking up BS Accountancy at the University of the East-Manila.
